Provision of Staff
Unique Health only appoints appropriately medically trained and qualified nursing personnel that are registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC). Every effort is made to place nurses with focused disciplines according to client requirements.
Care Workers (Ancillary Health Workers who are also provided by UH at client’s request), are HWSETA trained and SAQA accredited.
All staff are subjected to an MIE criminal check, and nursing staff must write a test specific to their level of qualification and speciality prior to employment and placement obtaining a minimum of 65% pass rate. Appointed Employees are required to do on-site orientation prior to commencement of service.
Unique Health ensure provision of a “Locum” in the absence of an employee on any project due to any leave of absence whatsoever.
