UH is offering this service to client’s at their homes, or at specific facilities managed or organised by UH. Basic examples of services like these are: wound care, catheterisation, phlebotomy services, medical screening &evaluation, as well as education on specific health issues.

UH has also developed relationships with specific medical practitioners, to offer specialised procedures, for example administration of treatment for bladder cancer (BCG’s) and educating clients on self catheterisation.

With the introduction of managed care, however, medical insurers are becoming more aware of maintaining the individual’s health, thus decreasing the cost of prevention.
